ezez Terms and Conditions

By accessing any page of the ezez platform — whether to browse, register, log in, deposit funds, or place a wager — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms form a binding agreement between you as an individual user and ezez as the platform operator. Your continued use of any ezez service after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms, and both you and that person accept full responsibility for compliance. Ignorance of these terms is not an accepted defence for any breach of the rules set out in this document. Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ezez platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration flow. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, and for all activity conducted through your account. ezez will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. You must notify support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited, and any activity conducted under your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach.

All financial transactions on ezez — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment methods include local options such as GCash, Maya, and instapay-enabled bank transfers, and the platform does not require currency conversion or the use of third-party digital wallets denominated in foreign currency. When depositing, funds are credited to your account balance only after the transaction has been confirmed through the payment provider; ezez is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification — you may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID or other supporting documents before a withdrawal is approved, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals. ezez reserves the right to apply processing timeframes to withdrawal requests and to request additional verification documents where the circumstances warrant it. All funds deposited must be your own — using funds derived from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. Any discrepancies in transaction records must be reported to support within 30 days of the transaction date; after this period, the records will be considered accurate and final.

ezez reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage use, chargebacks, or any other conduct that threatens the integrity or security of the platform. In the event of account suspension, we will attempt to notify you via your registered email address, though ezez is not obligated to provide advance notice where the suspension is due to suspected fraud or criminal activity. If your account is closed by ezez due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, refunded after deducting any losses, costs, or liabilities attributable to your conduct. You may request the voluntary closure of your own account at any time by contacting support; any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players who self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may not re-register or open a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period, and attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion are a breach of these terms. ezez takes account integrity seriously and will act decisively to protect both the platform and its player community.

ezez reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the document on this page and, where practical, notify registered users via their registered email address. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
